For the second year in a row, I’ve attended the Niagara Falls Ice Wine Tour and once again, it did not disappoint! This year we revisited Niagara-on-the-Lake and explored Twenty Valley (St. Catherine’s - Lincoln - Jordan area), hitting up a total of nine wineries in one day. Talk about satisfying your sweet tooth! If you love sweet wines and food, this Ice Wine Festival is definitely for you!
I’m going to be honest – I struggle when clothes shopping for myself. It’s not that I don’t like shopping, I do. I often just can’t find anything that appeals to me and fits me. Some of my struggles are related to my size (I’m nearly 5 foot 9 inches, I have ladies size 10.5-11 feet and often have to go an extra size up to accommodate my bust), and sometimes it can’t justify the price for crappy quality. I don’t want to settle for just anything – I want something that fits, looks presentable and will last! I just feel like designers aren’t adjusting their production models for woman today – larger, taller, bigger feet, designed for wear and tear. Any other ladies with me?
Each year, we often decide on a few items we should accomplish for the following year. Last year I had five, none of which I fully accomplished. This year I didn’t set any resolutions, but instead decided to focus on one SMART goal and focus on some smaller monthly challenges that support my goal. If you’re like me, where you’ve committed to a few things each year and never seem to achieve your goals, I encourage you try this with me.
