Everyone has a running to do list, but creating a ‘big picture’ list of life-time goals is a separate list – one that takes years, and sometimes an entire life time, to achieve. I share my long-term list publicly to help inspire others and also track the goals that I have achieved already.
Why do we hold on to things so long? Things we don’t need or may not even be useful, but just can’t let go of. Baby toys, old notebooks, clothes, etc. What human bone in our body makes us keep all of these items, even those that make no sense to hold on to?
