My Product Review
I love my Edge sunglasses! I’ve had mine for over 2 years and they have definitely held up better than the rest. They are made of polycarbonate, so they are durable and hardy at the same time. They have been everywhere with me – Turkey, Taiwan, the car, and are extremely good outside to minimize sunlight (I have a photic sneeze reflex and tend to sneeze in the sun, so this is a key feature for me).
Suggestions for Improvements:
P.S. My fiancé bought a similar pair for himself and is also very happy with the product – Acid Gambit.
UPDATE: Complimentary Brazeau Sunglasses from Edge Eyewear
Shortly after sharing my post regarding my Hamel glasses, I received an email for an Edge Eyewear associate, thanking me for sharing my feedback and offering to send me a replacement pair of Hamels (and addressing that the peeling issue had been resolved). However, because I’m in Canada, they unfortunately could not send me the same style (something to do with complying with USA versus Canada CSA standards…) and sent me the Brazeau model TXB436 instead. Although the Brazeau doesn’t have the Vapor Shield anti-fog lenses, after owning them for a few months now, I can say I am quite happy with them. They are very similar in style to my Hamel sunglasses and I use them most often in the car (I love the dark lenses and they aren’t as beaten up as my Hamel glasses). A big thank you to Edge Eyewear for the replacement!
